Portrait Photography with Jo Brand for the Horniman Museum, London

I recently had the incredible opportunity to work with the Horniman Museum and Gardens in Dulwich, South East London, to photograph the renowned comedian and "Bake Off: The Final Slice" presenter, Jo Brand. The photoshoot was part of their campaign to promote their annual Great Walrus Tea Party and helps to raise funds to support the museum.

For those who may not be familiar, the Horniman Museum and Gardens is a fascinating museum that boasts an extensive collection of anthropology, natural history, and musical instruments. One of its most famous exhibits is its taxidermy walrus, affectionately known as "Wally." Wally holds a special place in the hearts of both staff and visitors at the museum.

I captured Jo Brand with a table full of delicious cakes, including some specially themed treats inspired by Wally the walrus himself. Of course, no photoshoot at the Horniman Museum would be complete without including Wally, so we made sure to get some shots with him too.

The images were used for promotional purposes on the museum's website and in their marketing materials for the tea party. It was an absolute honor for me to work with Jo Brand, someone I've admired since I was young, and to contribute to such a wonderful cause.

If you're ever in the Dulwich area, I highly recommend paying a visit to the Horniman Museum and Gardens. Not only will you have the chance to see their incredible collection, but you'll also get to meet Wally the Walrus!
